Shipping & Refunds

This Shipping and Refunds Policy governs shipping and refunds for all websites on the inner.club platform. Only sub-sites that have their own policies for this purpose will supercede the shipping and refunds policy provide here.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, we will endaevour to have it delivered to you within 4 days. We actively work with our logistics partners to make sure your purchase is delivered to you in the earliest possible time. Please note that the estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

All orders under Rs. 800 will be charged a shipping charge of Rs. 149. For all orders over Rs. 800, there will be no shipping charges.

If Cash-on-delivery facility is offered to the client, it will be chargeable at 2% of order value.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return/ replace an item from the date you received it. The return/ replace charges are Rs500.

To be eligible for a return/ replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The original packaging must not have been tampered with. To be clear, only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, it is received by us and an inspection is completed successfully, your refund will be initiated from our end. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by writing to us at info@inner.club

**inner.club reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
